What we process and why

  • Messages on Instagram, Messenger, Viber and WhatsApp. When you write to us, the platform processes your data under its own terms. We see your profile or number and the content of the message so we can reply.
  • The inquiry form. You fill in a name, phone, idea, placement and size. The message is composed on your device and sent by you via WhatsApp, or you copy it into an app of your choice. This site does not send or store that data on a server.
  • Retention. We keep client correspondence for up to 12 months, unless the law requires longer (e.g. accounting records).

Cookies and tracking

  • Necessary. The gb_consent cookie stores your cookie choice (6 months). Without it the bar would reappear on every visit.
  • Analytics and advertising. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) load only after you press "Accept". More about the data Google processes: policies.google.com.
  • Withdrawal. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the site.

Your rights

  • access to your data and a copy of it;
  • correction or deletion;
  • restriction of processing and objection;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time;
  • complaint to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — cpdp.bg.
